Hi Shandel,
I heard your show this morning on Alice. Like many others, I’m often searching my soul for the passions in life. My job searches lately have been based on salary (so I can pay my mortgage) and not on what i really enjoy doing. I wonder if you have some quick tips or questions I could ask myself to help better seek jobs I will enjoy, verses just have to make it through the day.

Okay here are some more questions to ask yourself…
List five things that you want. List five things that you’re good at. Do you know the difference between them?
What one thing do you dream about doing that you’ve never told anyone?
Who do you know that’s doing something you’d like to do? Describe yourself doing it.
Are you all moving forward into being the best you today?

I was listening to your show today with Bill and Connie. I love the theme A.L.I.G.N. I makes so much more since. Im having a hard time figuring out my theme and goal. Do you have any suggestions? I would love to have the tool to help me get started! Could you send it to me? Thanks so much for all of your great advise.

So happy that you enjoyed the show! I am sending you the tool in the newsletter. My suggestion is to think about what would you want to tell your friends at this time next year. If you were to go to Christmas next year and people were to say, “Shannon, it is amazing that you ______________ this year.” How would you want them to finish the sentence.
It is really fun to fill out the tool because it makes you have to think about what you really want to do. The NEW thing is the super fun one!
